I grew up watching TV on an old rabbit-ear set with a super blurry picture. So it still amazes me what modern TVs can do today! The screens are huge, the pictures are super clear, and the colors are so bright. No more gathering around a tiny screen or wrapping tin foil on the antennas to get a better signal!
Now, imagine a 101-year-old woman seeing herself on TV for the very first time—with today’s amazing technology! That’s exactly what happened when her son, Armand Foisy, recorded a video of her playing outside in the snow.
The sweet video was picked up by the local news, and then Armand recorded another video—this time of her watching herself on TV! 😛
Armand knew the news segment was coming, so he got his camera ready. He wanted to capture his mother, Albina, as she watched the special moment.
It all started when Armand and Albina pulled over after a big snowstorm to enjoy the beautiful scene. Albina, even at 101 years old, felt like a kid again! She laughed, packed a snowball, and tossed it into the woods.
The video became a big hit. It reminded everyone how important it is to slow down and enjoy the little things—like feeling snowflakes on your face!
Sometimes, the smallest moments bring the biggest smiles, even when we don’t realize we need them.
After seeing Albina’s happy reaction, my whole day felt brighter too! 🙂
