What would we do without dogs? There’s a reason they’re called man’s best friend! These little fur babies are part of the family.
We spoil them just like we spoil our grandkids—and that’s okay! They deserve it. Dogs give us love, joy, and so many happy moments.
When the house feels quiet after the kids move out, our dogs stay by our side. They make life feel full again. 🙂
Even if you don’t have a dog of your own, maybe your kids or grandkids bring theirs when they visit. There’s something really special about the bond between a grandparent and a “grandpet.” The video at the bottom of the page shows exactly what we mean—it’s super cute!
Grandpa is driving, and his daughter is sitting beside him. She brought her six-year-old teacup Chihuahua named Beanie along for the ride.
Grandpa wrote a special song just for Beanie, and he loves to sing it when she’s around. Beanie loves it too—she even sings along!
Every time she hears her song, Beanie tilts her head back and tries her best to join in. It’s like she knows it was made just for her.
The way she howls shows how proud and happy she is. And she does this every single time! It’s the sweetest thing to watch.
Check out the video below:
How cute is that? You can tell Grandpa is enjoying it too. It must mean so much to him. Pets are part of the family too, and they help make life even more special. And let’s be honest—spoiling them is something we grandparents are great at! 🙂
